Assistant Principal: Learning and Teaching (AP: L&T)

The role of the Assistant Principal: Learning & Teaching is multi-faceted. It encompasses responsibility for specific areas of administration, such as student guidance and welfare, positive behaviour management and support, leadership in learning and teaching and timetable organisation. The AP: L&T is a leader in curriculum expertise. The role involves staff development with strong and positive direction in curriculum planning and development. There is close interest in fostering positive student/teacher and parent/teacher relationships with accountability for academic and social development within the school.
